The visit to Wyler was great. They were very friendly and understanding about our vehicle needs. They had a good knowledge of the car we were interested in and were even able to get us some additional incent understanding about our vehicle needs. I was not going to buy from any Jeff Wyler dealerships, ever, because I had a horrible experience when I purchased a Jet ski from their Yamaha dealership in July 2007. But, it was like night and day, ever, because I had a horrible experience when I purchased a Jet ski from their Yamaha dealership in July 2007. But, it was like night and day, the way the employees Jeep store versus the employess in the baoting store treated me. When I told the Jeep sales people I had to think about it, they let me think abotu it. When I told them I needed to drive the car again, they let me drive it again. When I told them I would get back to them they let me have my space and I got back to them when I told them I would. It had been 13 years since I purchase a new car and I bought that other car on a plan, so i never had to deal with price. They also stood on their word about price. I could not have experienced any better treatment. My salesman was fairly knew and if he did nto knwo soemthign abotu this process, he always apologized. I also appreciated the way my sales person, Tony, explained the entire NAV and audio system. I design softwre for a living but i would never had been able to read the book and figure it out on my own. He saved me tons of learning time. Thanks. More

The person with whom I had an appointment (Wayne Keiser) was not available when I arrived,and I was kept waiting for a brief period of time. During my wait, Cecil, assured me that as soon as Wayne's intern was not available when I arrived,and I was kept waiting for a brief period of time. During my wait, Cecil, assured me that as soon as Wayne's internet sales partner arrived, or one of the other sales persons, they would be right with me. A few minutes later, Jay Robison, Wayne's partner, arrived and he was very polite and knowledgeable in regard to the type of car in which I was interested - a Mazda 6, 2009. He answered all my questions, and worked to get my payments within the range I wanted. David handled the financial side (all the paper work), and he, too, helped to keep the payments as close to what I wanted as he could, and still provide me with the best options. Over all, I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend Jeff Wyler, Eastgate, to anyone wishing to buy any of the cars sold there. Thank you. Carole Bye More

Very friendly and helpful got me in a better car than I was looking for.
