Service department has improved 100% , thank Bill Lykins I had been having brake problems with my 2016 suburban, I had been telling them everytime I took my vehicle in for service, and it was getting worse. The problem was happening when I would be parking, low speed, it would keep rolling when I stepped on the brakes, you had to step down hard and it would finally stop. I just couldn’t have this anymore something had to be done. I was starting to feel unsafe in this vehicle. Very disappointed with service for not getting this problem taking care sooner. More

My truck had been having some battery issues, with 5 previous attempts at repair. My truck was purchased elsewhere with an add-on warranty. Pirk Elliott had a challenging time working with the stubborn warranty company but ended up coming through with an effective repair! It took a little time, but I saw how hard he worked and his dedication to this fix was abundantly clear. This is the type of associate you would want as a lifelong employee, as his representation of his place of employment is nothing short of friendly, empathetic, and professional. I especially appreciate his demeanor as I have experienced much arrogance and disrespect when speaking with other mechanical service businesses. Jason provided me with a vehicle when he told me the issue was a recalled part on the vehicle on the second servicing.
