Service department has improved 100% , thank Bill Lykins I had been having brake problems with my 2016 suburban, I had been telling them everytime I took my vehicle in for service, and it was getting worse. I had been having brake problems with my 2016 suburban, I had been telling them everytime I took my vehicle in for service, and it was getting worse. The problem was happening when I would be parking, low speed, it would keep rolling when I stepped on the brakes, you had to step down hard and it would finally stop. I just couldn’t have this anymore something had to be done. I was starting to feel unsafe in this vehicle. Very disappointed with service for not getting this problem taking care sooner. More

Took my Avalanche to the Eastgate Chevy Service Department I had a wonderful experience in the service department at Eastgate Chevrolet! My truck had been having some battery issues, with 5 previous attempts at repair. My truck was purchased elsewhere with an add-on warranty. Pirk Elliott had a challenging time working with the stubborn warranty company but ended up coming through with an effective repair! It took a little time, but I saw how hard he worked and his dedication to this fix was abundantly clear. This is the type of associate you would want as a lifelong employee, as his representation of his place of employment is nothing short of friendly, empathetic, and professional. I especially appreciate his demeanor as I have experienced much arrogance and disrespect when speaking with other mechanical service businesses. I trust Chevrolet service, and I am looking at my next car purchase to be off their lot! More

I am from out of town so any break down is a huge inconvenience. Both Service adventures went without excessive charges, were performed quickly and I was the customer. Jason provided me with a vehicle when he told me the issue was a recalled part on the vehicle on the second servicing. This kind of service has me wanting to explore the next step with this dealer. 2019 Ram's should be able to be ordered in the coming future, I'd like to provide them the opportunity to win my business. I will gladly take any vehicle I own to them when even close to Cincinnati. More
