He continued to stay in touch about vehicles that may interest us over the next couple of weeks. Whenever I asked for pricing information, he consulted his manager and got back to me that same day a (number of times), without fail. Eventually, the dealership got a couple of vehicles that fit our needs and Christian invited us to come in and drive them. The day we were available to come in was Christian's day off. Nevertheless, he came in that day and had the vehicles ready for us to view and drive before we arrived. I was trading my CX-9 for something smaller and I knew I wanted another Mazda. Tracii was a good listener and understood my financial situation. He worked hard to get me in a car and I appreciated his kind manner but mostly I appreciated that he did not do a hard sell with me and really just worked to meet my needs. The process is daunting and the "OZ" man behind the curtain that puts the finance package together made me feel uncomfortable. I think in the end it just ends up being the same number just shuffled a different way. I believe in buying local and supporting businesses close to my home and have had wonderful service with Jeff Wyler. Again, as far as my interactions with Tracii they have been outstanding. He even responded to a phone call from me on a Sunday and is working to resolve a money issue with the sale. I would recommend Jeff Wyler, Tracii for sure, and Mazda service to all of my friends.
