Not enough stores I went to Jeff Wyler used auto mall thinking that I was in over my head and that there was no way I was going to walk away with a car. But to my surpr I went to Jeff Wyler used auto mall thinking that I was in over my head and that there was no way I was going to walk away with a car. But to my surprise I had the number 1 salesman Josh and finance guy kyle that have my back in made it all work out. Me and my family couldn't be more happy with her vehicle and how we were treated with wonderful customer service throughout our entire process. I personally will be doing business again with Jeff Wyler and Josh himself in the near future. More

Excellent Customer Service Went in to look at Grand Cherokees and Hayden showed us the one we were interested in. Left and Came back later in the day to take it for a drive and Went in to look at Grand Cherokees and Hayden showed us the one we were interested in. Left and Came back later in the day to take it for a drive and saw a Dodge Journey in the showroom. Unfortunately Hayden was tied up so he asked Nick to step in. We drove both vehicles and decided to go with the Journey instead. Nick did a great job answering our questions and allowing us to make our decision without a lot of pressure. They both were very helpful through the whole process and my wife and I were both impressed by them. More

Very pleasant environment! Salesman was very knowledgeable of the products and extremely easy to talk to. I spent eight hours at the dealership on the plus side I did get a new car although I paid $1000 more than it was advertised online which was made out to be such a great deal until I found out after buying the vehicle that it was advertised $1000 less than I paid for it and on top of that I've had the vehicle for one week and the paint is already chipping off. Somewhat unhappy with the experience. More
