No Estimate or Communication This past weekend it has been the worst experience that I ever had with them. I drop my truck off Thursday night to get looked at Friday morning, havi This past weekend it has been the worst experience that I ever had with them. I drop my truck off Thursday night to get looked at Friday morning, having issues with my 4 wheel drive. The next day I call about 11am to get updates, no response, I call 2 more times, the service guy still no response with any updates. When he finally calls it is 5:30pm. He tells me the problems, then gets me a price on a part that comes out to being 94 dollars. Then tells me that they need to keep my truck over the weekend. Monday comes around and I call about 10am and the service guy said he will call back, he calls about 5pm finally saying my truck was done. So the problem I had was that they didn't give me updates on what was going on with my truck, and not telling me it was going be more money or even giving me an estimate other than a part that was 94 dollars. When I went in they told me its going to cost 1,000 dollars. I was not informed of any estimate. That wasn't the end. When I went to the service window and asked for information on the credit card through them, the lady at the window was ready to end her shift, and told me that the process was a very lengthy. So she didn't give me any info, because she seemed in a rush to get out. I have never experienced this with Jeff Wyler Eastgate and now at this point I will never get my truck serviced there again. No communication what so ever.I thought they are suppose to give you an estimate before they can just work on your car? More

Went to look and ended up buying! I just wanted to see the new Pacifica, but after working with Rob Anderson, I ended up buying the Pacifica Touring-L. Had all the bells and whistles I just wanted to see the new Pacifica, but after working with Rob Anderson, I ended up buying the Pacifica Touring-L. Had all the bells and whistles that I wanted. As Rob kept telling me, "It's the best Van on the Market", and I truly believe he is right! I also believe that Rob is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with! He spent time looking with me at all the different models until we came up with the right vehicle for me. Then he really worked to get me the best price. Would highly recommend him if you are looking to buy a new vehicle! He is very concerned that you are satisfied with your purchase before you sign the contract. I would deal with him again if I ever need a new vehicle! More

Earned My Trust I view myself as an average/better than average DIYer and recently my wife told me that her car was running a little rough and she was getting no heat I view myself as an average/better than average DIYer and recently my wife told me that her car was running a little rough and she was getting no heat. I decided to do all the small stuff I could. I flushed the coolant and changed the thermostat on my wife's 2011 Equinox and also flushed the heater core. After my work, not only was I not getting any heat but also noticed after short drive that the engine began to overheat. I read about issues with either water pump failure or broken timing chain. I called Jeff Wyler Auto dealer because it was closest GM dealer to me and spoke with Don Porter. I asked for him to quote me repairs with no warranty. Roughly $800 for new water pump and $1400 for timing chain. Devastating! However, Don mentioned that there was a recall on the car for oil consumption issue which I know we have had issues with and that they may be able to handle some of the repairs under that recall. That afternoon after I had dropped the vehicle off, Don called me back to confirm that the timing chain had broken and that they would be able to fix it as part of the recall work and I would have no out of pocket cost. He did recommend that we change the transmission fluid and service the fuel system. I could have done both of those items myself, but I was so happy with how Don treated me that he earned my trust and I was more than willing to pay for those additional service items! Having never met Don before, I can't tell you how refreshing it is to have someone really work to gain that trust from their customer. More

Happy Customer! We purchased 2 used cars on the same day. We work with Will E and he was great! We ended up having issues with the Cruze we bought and took it back.
