One was the way Wyler Dodge handled my Dodge service for a vehicle I had not purchased at their dealership. Service was very professional and assisted me in every way to get warranty work done at their dealership. This is the reason I call Jeff Wyler in the first place looking for another vehicle. The second is my recent purchase and my dealings with Rob Anderson. My impression of Rob is that he is honest and cares how people feel about dealing with him and the Jeff Wyler dealerships. This was important to me. I am on a budget and needed to refine a reasonable offer to make the deal work. With anyone else I would have likely walked away. Rob worked for hours wiring a deal that was acceptable. He continually assured me that he was going to make a deal work. Rob accomplished all this because he operates in a friendly manor and in an honest fashion. He explains "I want to sell you a car, tell me what I need to do". Those were the magic words to me and my wife who hate high pressure and need someone who listens to what we are asking for. That was Rob. Rob has the title of Advocate. This is exactly the way we felt when dealing with him. So much so we bought the vehicle. Over the past 6 months my impress of Jeff Wyler Dodge has increased substantially! In addition to Rob, your credit manager Robert was friendly and knowledgeable and was willing to make changes to the contract after it was printed due to us discovering terms that did not fit our needs. Lastly we saw a girl from Bethel Tate HS that went to school with my son. The dealership is staffed with local talent. If I owned a dealership I would want it to be staffed by the folks at Jeff Wyler Dodge. The only questionable comment I could make is that Jeff Wyler should himself remove the letter on the wall explaining how the criminals at the Clinton Foundation likely scammed him for vehicle's and donations. I'm sure he is unlikely to do that again but I was puzzled why you would publicize you're dealings with unscrupulous crooks like the Clintons! Mathew25 is a local charity that has 0 negative reviews and conflicts of interest. I would consider help them in the future. Anyway great doing business with the folks at Jeff Wyler Dodge Eastgate. I would recommend them to friends and certainly tell them to deal with Rob. More

The worst customer service I have ever seen! I have recently upgraded my Jeep Wrangler to a fancy new version. The Freedom Panels were completely jacked up on the top and sticking up because the I have recently upgraded my Jeep Wrangler to a fancy new version. The Freedom Panels were completely jacked up on the top and sticking up because the holes weren't drilled correctly! It came from the factory that way and no one at Jeff Wyler noticed it when they got the Jeep ready for sale. So my new Jeep of course leaked in the first rain, and after two trips to Jeff Wyler for service, 15 days, added insulation and black tape AND adding new holes in my Freedom Panels to make them "align", they say my Jeep is fixed according to regulations. While they had my brand new Jeep, the service department also put a chip in the paint on one of the panels. The only thing I asked since I bought a $40k Jeep is that it should be perfect from the lot. In my case, that did not happen and Jeff Wyler (and Jeep) will not make it right. poor service. My recommendation.... STAY AWAY FROM JEFF WYLER.!!! ********************************** Update: The service manager contacted my husband and after seven more days, they replaced my panels with new ones and removed all the extra tape/insulation that they had put on my Jeep. We are happy with the results finally. I still believe that they should have taken care of this the first time I took it down. I believe that we had to keep complaining in order for them to do the job right. That is not the way customer service should be. More

We were very grateful to have met Keith, as well as having had help over the course of the two days we spent buying two brand new vehicles. We really felt like Keith went to bat for us in getting a fair trade in value for both of our vehicles. He was extremely knowledgeable with the products, as well as the process. He definitely made sure to explain everything in a way that we felt comfortable with the documents we were signing. The staff was also very professional, helpful, and kind. We were treated so fairly on the first day when buying my new Chevy Silverado 1500, that we went back the next day and bought my wife a beautiful new Jeep Wrangler! It was an A+ experience. More

Spenser got it done I finally made up my mind, I wanted the MX-5 RF. There were none in the area that had everything I wanted, so Spenser found the color and trim level, I finally made up my mind, I wanted the MX-5 RF. There were none in the area that had everything I wanted, so Spenser found the color and trim level, and then worked with me to order the additional parts, and all for a great price. Good experience all around. This is the second Mazda I have purchased from Wyler. I'm sure I'll keep going back. More
