We needed a new car immediately for a son driving a long distance to grad school and I found a 2017 Spark that was suitable and priced right on Wyler's internet site. I emailed to find out if it was still available and got a prompt reply from Mr. Jones. Since we live 90 miles away I did some pre-negotiating with Casey over the phone to make certain it was worthwhile to visit. All this was handled great. Came in, and formally negotiated the deal (even better offer than what we discussed on the phone!). I paid a great price, but, more important, My wife, son, and I were treated exceptionally well. I took my car in for one recall service, and had to schedule a second recall to be done next month. But the pros at Wyler did BOTH recall items in one day, saving me another trip in February. The people there are always very professional and helpful; Dennis in Kia Service is always a big help. My first experience with Wyler wasn't very good, way back in 1986. But since then we have purchased two used and one new car at Wyler and have been very happy with all three. Two are Kias, and my wife and I would both recommend the brand highly. We would also recommend the dealership highly. Buy a Kia from Wyler, and if it needs service - ask for Dennis. You will not be sorry. More
