Jared West did an excellent job. We came in looking for a replacement for our 2005 Nissan Murano, but not really expecting to find it. We knew what we wanted right down to the color, We came in looking for a replacement for our 2005 Nissan Murano, but not really expecting to find it. We knew what we wanted right down to the color, trim etc. for a new 2016 Nissan Murano Platinum. The dealership had the car. Jared West showed us the car, we took it for a drive and it was everything we wanted. Jared's sales techniques were perfect. He did not pressure or push. He answered all of our questions with confidence, there by giving us confidence in him and the dealership.. We were able to come to an agreement on price so we drove it home to Indiana! I would definitely recommend Jared West as an excellent sales person and Jeff Wyler Eastgate as a great auto dealer. Side Note: During all this time it was pouring down rain and cold! Definitely a plus to work with customers in such awful weather. More

Good experience The service person at the desk when I walked in greeted me warmly and explained the work included in the 5,000 mile check-up. She personally came and informed me of the status of the repair several times, so I wasn't sitting there wondering how much longer I'd have to wait. She was very friendly and supportive. Overall great experience 4 stars due to awesome customer service, great negotiating, and even reimbursed me for left over tax fees that the dealer did not cover. I visited a couple of other Jeep dealerships first and found their sales person's knowledge about Jeep to be lacking and they didn't have the selection Jeff Wyler in Eastgate had. Madison had the Jeep I was interested in brought inside to avoid the cold and she knew all the differences between the different trim packages. I appreciated her knowledge about the car and she made this as pleasant an experience as possible. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. More

Misleading banter and dishonest dealings...with a smile My wife and I visited the location primarily due to a flyer that was received by us. At the time, we were perfectly happy with our 2012 Scion xD, but My wife and I visited the location primarily due to a flyer that was received by us. At the time, we were perfectly happy with our 2012 Scion xD, but reluctantly decided to come in and explore our options. I made arrangements with one of the salespeople that worked there at the time, Aaron Bonar (I was informed he is now at the Fairfield location) -- and he invited us to visit him at Eastgate. Upon arrival, we touched base with Aaron, and were steered towards the Versa sedan. We drove one, and it felt very wobbly...seemingly to the fact that I now know it has a lighter body, is not as wide as other models, e.g., a Sentra...and the tires are not as wide...however, at the time, it was written off as just being the case with THAT particular car, not necessarily the model...and Aaron convinced us to try another Versa, which still had some pitch and yaw to it, but the experience wasn't AS unnerving, so we sort of just went with it. I know now from another hindsight observation that the wind wasn't kicking up as much during the second test drive, and we didn't ride as long the second time, nor did we reach highway speeds, which is when this issue is more prominent...otherwise, we certainly would've come to the same conclusion about the second Versa at that time, and never made the deal. We now know it to be true, obviously, having driven it for some time. That is one of our issues. The other is the pricing. We came in at $377.00 monthly, which was a little higher than our comfort zone, as we have a daughter away at college, besides our usual bills. Aaron convinced us that re-financing would not be a difficult issue, and that we could get the monthly down after maybe 6 months in the vehicle. The problem was, we asked MULTIPLE times if that was the case through the current lien holder, Nissan Acceptance Corporation, and we were told that was the case. We now know that was NOT the case, as NAC recently informed us they are NOT licensed to re-finance. My wife held out for 5 hours, and was ready to walk until the re-financing option was put on the table. Had we known that was not an option through NAC, again, we would not have accepted the deal. Bottom line...VERY disappointed. They talk a good game, but when it comes down to it, they just come off as run of the mill lot guys, with empty promises and no results. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. More
