They don't care. I have now used Jeff Wyler's RAM Service Center at Eastgate several times. Every single time, I have had to return to "fix" their service problem. A c I have now used Jeff Wyler's RAM Service Center at Eastgate several times. Every single time, I have had to return to "fix" their service problem. A couple of months ago, it took them six (6) hours to install four new tires. Six hours! Yet, two days later, I had to return because one of the tire balancing weights had fallen off! Last week, I had an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. "Everything was normal" but the next day, my engine check light came on (after less than sixty miles) and it cost me $663 to replace a faulty thermostat, sensor, and flush the system. However, the water temperature gauge never exceeded it's normal position. I do not trust them anymore. By the way, I had to call them myself to find out what was going on (after a full day waiting to hear from them). Their advisors sit there, chatting and treat their customers like they are doing them a favor. I'm done with them. I asked to speak to the service manager. They said he wasn't there. I asked to speak to the General Manager. They said they weren't allowed to connect me. More
