They Tell You One Thing & Do Another Attempted to sell a used Jeep to them through AutoTrader.com. I was offered a price via e-mail and told to "consider it sold". The day of the appoin Attempted to sell a used Jeep to them through AutoTrader.com. I was offered a price via e-mail and told to "consider it sold". The day of the appointment to bring the Jeep in to be inspected (about 10 days had elapsed from when the appointment was made), they contacted me to indicate they weren't interested in buying the vehicle. My recommendation is DO NOT TRUST A THING THEY TELL YOU, even if you have it in writing!!! I would NEVER do business with this dealership and recommend you do not either! I've indicated the people with whom I had primary contact, but others were involved, including management. Therefore, this problem isn't specific to just those individuals listed. More

2017 Kia Sportage Ryan Mitchell spent a great deal of time with me and was exceedingly polite. I'm sure I tried his patience with my hem-hawing around trying to make Ryan Mitchell spent a great deal of time with me and was exceedingly polite. I'm sure I tried his patience with my hem-hawing around trying to make various decisions, but he never let on. I am completely happy with the deal I got and with my new 2017 Kia Sportage LX. I took it on a 200-mile fall foliage drive the day after I bought it, and my gas mileage was a little better than expected. Everything is a 10 !!! And I love the burnished copper color---- I might add that Ken Wallace spent a lot of time talking with me the night before I took a test drive, even though he knew I was meeting Ryan the next day. It was closing time, but he didn't seem to mind. He answered a lot of my preliminary questions. Ken is another excellent employee. More

i was lied too and the deal was not what we had planned !!!! the deal was my dad was the CO-SIGNER and that is not the case!!! when we got the payment book it has his name only and mine is not on it at all.... W the deal was my dad was the CO-SIGNER and that is not the case!!! when we got the payment book it has his name only and mine is not on it at all.... When we were signing the paperwork we kept asking Tim "my dad is just the co-signer" and he said yes! Now my dad has a car loan on his credit and he want to refi his house but thanks to you all and your lies he cant! If i wanted to put my dad as the primary person i would of got the car at Kings Nissan which is the one i wanted. when i called Tim he was RUDE and said that was the only way you were going to get a car. well if that was the case then you should of told us that and not went behind our backs and scammed us... i would of went to a buy here pay here lot.... my dad is very upset and we are contacting a laywer to see if there is anything we can do. he is also calling the news people to see if they well do a story on this.... rob the sales guy was great. Great people to work with! I have purchased many cars in the past from Jeff Wyler and recently leased for the first time. When I signed for my new lease a few days ago, I could I have purchased many cars in the past from Jeff Wyler and recently leased for the first time. When I signed for my new lease a few days ago, I couldn't have been treated better or more efficiently. My battery needed jumped and 2 salesmen came to my house and did it for me; I had seat covers on the turn in car and they are taking them off; they rescheduled with me at least 3 times and I could go on and on. I am lucky to live so close to such a great dealership and I encourage people to go there for their services from buying, leasing, body work, etc. More
