We are very sorry about the problems you had when you tried to get your UCONNECT fixed as well as with your pontoon boat. There isn't anything we can do now about your pontoon boat, other than to say we are sorry. We spoke with service director about the UCONNECT and he informed us that it would have to be put on a diagnostics check for the UCONNECT system, not the engine, in order to correctly diagnose the problem with it and fix it correctly. We are very sorry for any misunderstanding and for the past problems you had with your boat. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
