Harold has tried for years to sell us a new Cadillac and on our last trade we just could not get together and we bought from another dealer only on price. My experiences with Jeff Wyler Nissan has always been very positive. I have purchased two cars from them... my previous car and my current car. My salesman, Ian Mathews, was very helpful. He wasn't trying to push me towards bigger and pricier. I was very interested in a new Nissan Versa, with certain equipment and that is what I got. Very pleased with the sales attitude, helpful, patient, and efficient. It really shows that teamwork is a positive force in their dealership. In my experience from the salesman, Ian, to the manager, Eric, to the finance director, Selwyn, to the service department representative, Delton, I felt understood and important. I wasn't buying the most expensive car on the lot, but the service extended to me showed that my business and happiness with the sale was important to them. The service department is also a major selling point. I got into the habit of taking my first Nissan to them for service, even though I had not bought it from Jeff Wyler Nissan. Great service at a reasonable price. And they find it important to make sure that you understand what they are doing and why. And they find the time to keep you updated whether you are waiting on the car or are off-site. When in the market again, I am sure that I will be visiting them. I had visited several dealerships before this one and had done my "homework" when it came to pricing of new and used cars. I spent coutless hours researching safety ratings and reliability of cars I thought I might be interested in for my recent high school graduate. We all know that eventually you just gotta get out there. At our final stop of the day our salesman was Brandon. He was awesome. We asked about several cars, which meant he had to do alot of running but he never seemed irritated, like why can't they make up their mind. We finally settled on test driving a 2011 Kia Forte EX. The test drive was great, car came with lots of options attractive to me and my teenager and had the fuel economy needed for a college commuter. The last step was settling on a price and financing. Brandon went out of his way to get the payment we needed, which included a visit from the manager who after some negotiating was able to lower my interest rate even more and take more $ off the price of the car. Yes, a female does have the ability to negotiate and hold out for the best deal. Lastly, our salesman Brandon took ample time to explain the features most interesting to my daughter before we drove away. He actually sat in the car as he was talking and it gave her a comfort level we were not expecting when the deal was done. Thank you Brandon.
