I have bought two Nissan Frontiers from Mario Hood [A. a 2010-which was totaled in Feb. 2011; B. a 2011model to replace my 2010. Mario found the exact “replacement” I wanted! I took my personal NEGOTIATOR{my wife}with me each time—she’s smarter and tougher than I am;>) She worked closely with selwyn Brown(finance)to assure all the details were correct, and he came through for us. Very good. Did not have any issues with the delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle was spotless it had just rolled off of the delivery truck so they had to get it ready. I wasn't pushed to buy more than I wanted. I told Duke what I was looking for and fortunately they have a good inventory of vehicles on the lot. I had done lots of internet shopping before picking Jeff Wyler Fairfield. If I was to have one area of suggestion for improvement I would say that when we were ready to sign papers it was discovered that the car I was trading in was a Ford and to get the 1000.00 incentive rebate for (Ford to Kia)my wifes name was on the title so then we had to go back thru the financing info to add her to the car. I just felt that should have been asked from the beginning (I don't do this stuff every day to have known that mattered). Although I am sure that the time I was there (3 hours) is much less than most dealerships, I did begin to get impatient, but I don't have much patience anyway. Overall I was very satisfied. When I am in the market again for a car I will go back. More

There was not one single question we asked that they weren't ready to answer. We came in to get our oil changed in our 2009 CTS Cadillac and ended up going home the same day with a 2011 Cadillac SRX. Believe me, that was some sales pitch. Even Jerry Lee, the young service manager, was so professional to us. Please thank all of them for a wonderful experience.
