Jeremy was great and the manager was as well. They worked with me to get me a great interest rate, the best out of all the dealerships. They helped me to get exactly what I wanted and didn't haggle back and with me to get me a great interest rate, the best out of all the dealerships. They helped me to get exactly what I wanted and didn't haggle back and forth with me. The next time I had arrived in, I came alone, without my dad(who had been helping me throughout the process) and they didn't try to jerk me around(like most dealerships and car repair shops do with women). Very friendly staff as well. Made me and my business feel welcome. I received greetings from all the employees. More

Dakota was great. He worked with us every step of the way. He wanted to make the deal but was not high pressure about it. He is a good salesman. i have always purchased cadillacs at thomson mcconnell, today i went to jeff wyler. My husband is handicapped and in a wheel chair. Ari the salesman immediately helped us with all of our concerns of getting in and out of the vehicle. He brought up several models until we found the one that best suited us. The next salesman Harold did a wonderful job of explaining all the features of the car. He ordered floor mats for me and had the car standing tall for us. The best part of my experience is everyone there made me feel like i was an old time customer not a first timer. I will definetly use this dealership again and recommand them to my friends. Thanks again!! More

I arrived early and was greeted by Jess. He treated me as if I were a friend, not a customer. His honest desire to get me in and out quickly was very much appreciated. 11/26/13 30,000 mile service done. When appointment was scheduled, I requested that they order me some touch up paint. (That way I could pick it up when my car service was completed). I reminded them of th scheduled, I requested that they order me some touch up paint. (That way I could pick it up when my car service was completed). I reminded them of the paint request when I dropped off my car on 11/25/13. When I arrived to pick up my car on11/26/13 they asked me to settle my bill and they would get my car. They charged me for the paint and brought my car. I requested that they get my touch up paint so I didn't forget it. That is when I found out that the paint hadn't even been ordered yet!!!! Delton was in a nearby office and overheard the conversation. He stated that he completely agreed with me and that the paint should have been ordered. He refunded the cost of the paint and told me that when it comes in he would mail it to me. I thanked him and went to my car. There was oil all over the hood of my car!!!! I pointed it out to Delton --- they grabbed towels and started wiping the oil from my car. I was quite upset and expressed that I had expected better service from a dealership. At this point, completely frustrated, I got in my car and drove away. I noticed my windows needed to be cleaned so I spayed my windows with the wiper cleaner spray. The windshield wipers started to wipe the windows, but instead of cleaning my windows, the wipers just smeared the solution all over my windows and it began to freeze so I couldn't see. I had to pull my car off of the road and wait for my car to warm up and defrost the windows. During this time I inspected the windshield wipers to determine why this happened. I found the the windshield wiper on the driver's side had been installed but the wiper cover had not been removed to make it ready for use. I drove back to the Dealership to show Delton what had happened!! This not only endangered my safety but that of my grandson who was traveling with me. It has now been almost a month from my service date and I still don't have my touch up paint! It is about time someone reveals the type of service really performed at this dealership. More

I recently had to buy a new car after an accident totaled my 2007 Altima which I loved! David Goodwin was patient with me....even digging me cars out of the snow to look at as I made my new selection of a 20 my 2007 Altima which I loved!
