I can sincerely say that my choice to contact John, earlier today, was the smartest move I could have ever made. Not only was John a perfect gentleman, his success as a sales leader at Jeff Wyler can probably be attributed to his keen listening skills, attention to detail, and winning smile. He was the "perfect" sales representative for me. My situation was unique in that I had been working on improving my financial 'snapshot' in an effort to be more credit worthy. Although I knew i was ready to buy a car, it was John's confidence in me that encouraged me to move forward with my decision to purchase not only a car, but the most beautiful, luxurious automobile i could afford, simply because i deserved it! This past July I went to Jeff Wyler Fairfield to look at purchasing my first car. I had been looking at a specific one online and called to setup a test drive. It was ready right when I got there, and they managed to work around my busy work schedule by staying late. They never made it seem like I was a bother, they were there to help. I drove around and fell in love with the car almost instantly. I talked over what was included with the car, features, and of course pricing with Jess Lambert. He worked with me and answered any question I had to ask. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed to think over what I wanted to do since it was about to be my biggest purchase to date. So,I didn't go home with my car that night, but I knew I was going to get it. I came back 2 days later ready to take it home and now I LOVE my Kia Forte! Being young and a girl I'd heard all kinds of horror stories about buying cars from dealerships; not one of those stories turned true for me. Working with Jeff Wyler Fairfield was a great experience! I was anxious walking in but felt at ease almost immediately. Never did I feel pressed or intimidated when making a decision. I was treated very well and couldn't be happier with my purchase. On October 5, 2013 my husband and I had a small window of time to shop for a pre owned Caddilac, we stopped at your showroom and were lucky to have John Reed as our sales representative. He helped us find the vehicle that met our needs and explained the features quite well. We had no intention of purchasing a vehicle on that day, but he convinced us this was the right thing to do. We are very happy about this decision and would recommand you company and John to our friends and family. I also want to acknowledge Mr. Brown, as busy as he was on that day He noticed we were getting a little restless and made sure our paperwork was completed rapidly. In conclusion, ANY staff member that crossed our path on that day was always willing to help, always asked with a cordial smile if we were beeing taken care of. On Oct. 5,2013 I went to Jeff Wyler Fairfield to purchase a new vehicle for my retirement. I had spoken with John Reed on the phone that morning about pre-qualifying for financing. I was nervous about making this big decision on my own for the first time, knowing that I would have this car for a long time. John put me at ease immediately. After deciding what I didn't want, he set out to find me the vehicle that met my needs. I decided on a silver 2014 Forte since there were no Rio models in a color I liked. We put in the deal for approval, when he returned, he said I have good news and better news. While waiting for the approval he took the time to walk to back side of the lot, where he found a Rio in a color I had wanted and also another Forte in a beautiful blue color. I ended up getting the blue Forte. If he had not been willing to go the extra mile I would have gotten a car I was happy with, instead of one I am thrilled about. This is the second vehicle purchased from Jeff Wyler Fairfield. My 2003 Kia Spectra came full circle after giving me 10 years of dependable service. I would highly recommend both Jeff Wyler KIA and especially John Reed. More
