Truly Exceptional Service Center Experience I arrived 25 minutes early for my Oil Change and Multi-Point Inspection. John Bartley was right there to assist me, greeting me with a smile, plus he I arrived 25 minutes early for my Oil Change and Multi-Point Inspection. John Bartley was right there to assist me, greeting me with a smile, plus he took my car in right away - even though I was quite early. He checked to see if my car needed the recalled software discussed with me on the phone at the appointment scheduling; and then informed me it did not. All scheduled services were performed in a timely manner and I was out the door at my appointment time . For an added "service with a smile" touch, because I am currently having to use a cane to get around, John left my car at the service center drop-off point for an easier pick-up for me; a very nice added touch on his part and greatly appreciated on mine. I will be coming to Jeff Wyler Springfield for all of my future need with my 2012 Hyundai Azera; highly satisfied. More
