I found myself in a bind when my 2002 Mustang suddenly died. It was a Thursday night and I couldn't contact anyone at my regular dealership. A friend put me in touch with her contact at Jeff Wyler in Sp died. It was a Thursday night and I couldn't contact anyone at my regular dealership. A friend put me in touch with her contact at Jeff Wyler in Springfield, and arrangements were made that night to get my car to their service department 1st thing the next morning. With this car being my only transportation, it was vital that it get back in working condtion as soon as possible. When I arrived, I was greeted by everyone with a smile and enthusiastic "Good morning - how can we help you today!". The service manager immediately took my information and got a technician working on my car straight away. They were able to diagnose the problem very quickly, fixed it, and got me back on the road in a short amount of time. Because of this experience, I will return there to have routine maintenance performed, even though they are not a Ford dealership and are a bit further of a drive. The people, service, and value make it worth the trip there! More

This was, by far, my easiest purchase of a new vehicle. I have purchased seven new vehicles over the past 14 years. We were greeted immediately without pressure and asked to look around. After ten minutes Cheri Dyer introduced herself and demonstrated all models with the associated safety features. With minimal price negotiation (there was no need to haggle, they were the most competitive in the area) I purchased a van. I will return to Jeff Wyler. Cheri Dyer was a superb saleswoman. Thank you! My husband and I visited the dealer looking for a new commuter car. It took us about three weeks to research and decide on the car we wanted. We decided on a silver 2009 Sonata with "$16,545 plus take an commuter car. It took us about three weeks to research and decide on the car we wanted. We decided on a silver 2009 Sonata with "$16,545 plus take an addt'l $1000 off for military and $500 off for Loyalty" listed on the windshield. After sitting down with Kelly, the salesman, we discussed the price and was told $2000 was Hyundai rebates and the rest was dealer incentive. We asked if we could have the same car and package but in a different color- Kelly told us "yes" it would be no problem. The lot had 62 Sonata's to choose from. We started the paperwork process, and I was return the next day at my lunch hour to sign all the paperwork and choose the color car I wanted. When I showed up the next day- I walked on the lot and selected Willow Gray. The salesman and I returned inside and went to Tony's (the Hyundai sales manager) office... here is where things got ugly! Tony told me he did not have a Sonata on the lot for the price: $16,545. We argued about this for a couple of minutes before I told him I would show him. He walked up to two silver Sonata's and said- "Nope." I pointed to the one I looked at and had test driven. He walked over to it and said, "The price must be a mistake, I can't let you have this car for the price listed." I asked to see his boss and he told me his boss was Jeff Wyler and he has not been around in three to four weeks. Then, Tony said I could have the silver Sonata for the price but no other Sonata for the price. When I asked why, he said, "Because we must have taken possession of the car earlier than the others and that is why we are able to offer the price." I told him,"Then it is worth it for me to call other dealers." He threw up his hands and said, "Do what you want," and walked away. I contacted Voss Hyundai by email when I returned to work- listing the car model, features, and price and told them to contact me only if they could sell me the car I wanted for the price I wanted, in the COLOR I wanted. I got a call ten minutes later! I went to Voss Hyundai after work and completed the paperwork! I am now driving my new Sonata- no thanks to Jeff Wyler Hyundai! More

What a great experience. They took the time to make sure that all the paperwork was ready when we got there. We did all of our shopping online and finalized the deal online. I recently bought a New Corolla at Jeff Wyler Springfield through their Internet Department. This was the first time for me buying this way and I can say that from now on this is how I will be buying all my through their Internet Department. This was the first time for me buying this way and I can say that from now on this is how I will be buying all my cars. I was treated with respect and never felt intimadated like I have before. Being a woman, I worry about not being taken seriously. Ben made the whole experience positive. We did almost everything over the phone and when I arrived, the exact car I wanted was ready for me to test drive. He even arranged the financing for me! I got a great deal without the headaches.
