That repe that damaged her car. Took it originally to a dealership in Louisville for repair. Was told had to order parts, a month later parts not in. That repeated for 4 months. Went to Jeff Wyler in Clarksville, In. Was told I’ll order parts and call you. A week later was told to bring it in and I could have it back in a couple weeks, they would call me. Four days later another call saying my car would be ready Monday. That’s service. Just picked it up ( a week earlier than promised) paint blended beautifully and repair not noticeable. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone… More

I purchased an extended warranty on a two and a half year old car that i actually bought at THAT dealership last week. The guy in their "finance office" who sold it to me said I could cancel at any time. old car that i actually bought at THAT dealership last week. The guy in their "finance office" who sold it to me said I could cancel at any time. I ran some numbers and further studied the terms of the warranty and came to the conclusion that it was a horrible deal deal (in a year and a half the amount I would have paid for this warranty would have been more than the blue book value which is the most they would pay out no matter what went wrong) so I called back the next day to cancel. I called three times before I could get an answer, ANY answer and finally wound up talking to some receptionist who said she would leave the guy a message. Of course I never got a call back. I've called for five straight days since and nobody has called me back. I ended up cancelling my credit card to keep them from debiting it. This is a sleazy outfit. Do NOT get involved with these people. You'll be sorry. More
Bought a used car there, worked on a tentative price over the phone, when I showed up they would not give me the price talked about plus added about 2500 in other fees that were non negotiable since they had the phone, when I showed up they would not give me the price talked about plus added about 2500 in other fees that were non negotiable since they had already been installed (supposedly). After haggling finally bought car even though I was lied to because I liked the car. Only to find out on the way home that the already installed 1495 certified pulse technology was not even installed. Have been calling non-stop for two weeks with no returned calls or answers. This is the worse dealership I have ever encountered and I am 60 years old!!! Out right lie to your face with a smile, horrible dealership and worse people. More

Old school dealer experience with poor information, high pressure nonsense that ultimately led me to walk away from a purchase. I was told that someone else came to look at the car, but passed because they pressure nonsense that ultimately led me to walk away from a purchase. I was told that someone else came to look at the car, but passed because they couldn't drive a manually Lucky me, I better hurry and drive two hours down. Sent my info to get financing settled and they kept pressing me for a deposit (without details of what that meant). They also stated that I better hurry or they'll wholesale it. I started to head to the dealership after the weekend and got a text saying "don't come, I can't sell you the car. It still needs a safety inspection" I inquired so much about this car and did my part. They expertly wasted my time. Maybe you'll have better luck. More

Mark West, Salesman at this dealer tried to sell me a $1700 or $2000 warranty on a Certified car. Car was listed online as Certified but that is supposed to include the toyota factory warranty, yet Mark $1700 or $2000 warranty on a Certified car. Car was listed online as Certified but that is supposed to include the toyota factory warranty, yet Mark tried to SELL ME the warranty. Bait and Switch! The sales mgr insulted me with the low offer on my trade and Mark continued with high pressure tactics, even after I said he was making me uncomfortable, to sell me the warranty that was supposed to come with the certified car. He started off selling me warranty before I ever made an offer on the car. I got so frustrated I left. So glad I left.. I went to Oxmoor Toyota and found the same car with the certified warranty included. Do not trust Jeff Wyler dealership. More
Honestly shocked at the level they tried to rip me off. I am not sure if I have had a worse car experience ever. Walked in and waited for someone to acknowledge me which took about 10 minutes. After I wa I am not sure if I have had a worse car experience ever. Walked in and waited for someone to acknowledge me which took about 10 minutes. After I was able to test drive the car I was interested in the sales rep was no where to be found for another 15 minutes. They seemed extremely distracted and like they did not want to be there let alone help me buy a car. After telling me I couldn't be financed, they came back and said they could for a ridiculous monthly payment. When I asked who it would be financed through the sales rep said "I don't know." and would not tell me what the APR percentage on the loan was. Obviously I am not going to buy a car and not know who it is financed through or what the interest rate is. Total joke. On top of that I do not recommended trying to trade your car in to them. I took my car to a dealership in Louisville and was immediately offered $2,000 more than they offered me. Long story short, great place to go if you enjoy being ripped off and love the stereotypical used car salesman that only cares about themselves. More
