They are always courteous and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. On this visit, in addition to an oil/filter change and multi-point inspection, they recommended that I replace the cabin hepa filter. I had been noticing a moldy smell and the new filter made the air fresh again. All work was done correctly and my RAV/4 drives like new. Everett was my service consultant. More

Upon entering the showroom Tim Patillo greeted me and introduced me to D'Andre Ginyard. D'Andre was polite, knowledgeable, and patient. I was 't sure if I wanted a Corolla or a Scion XB. D'Andre suggested a test drive in both cars. I decided on an Absolutely Red Scion XB. I AM SO PLEASED I CHOSE IT. My experience with Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville and D'Andre and Tim was so great. I have recommended the dealership and employees to other future car buyers for a long time. This is my third time leasing from this dealership. Great company, great employees, and great vehicles! A problem at first but they took care of it Ordered a new 2015 Highlander Limited. When it came in it did not have the tow package that it was ordered with. After some discussion the dealer of Ordered a new 2015 Highlander Limited. When it came in it did not have the tow package that it was ordered with. After some discussion the dealer offered to order another one with the correct packages on it. We ended up purchasing the one that came in so we would have to wait another 8 weeks. In the end we were very satisfied. More
