He went over everything with us very professionally as we negotiated our trade in value and final cost of the CRV. It took a bit of negotiating with a person other than Mike, but we finally agreed to terms. Mike was excellent throughout our entire experience, he has followed up with us as he told us he would on a missing item and has made sure we were happy with everything about our purchase.
