I resisted but a customer stressed the new safety features so I decided to "look"...which lead to a test drive, and to a Villages car show, followed by a purchase a week later. Everyone that I encountered at the dealership was very professional and friendly. Robert especially wanted to make sure I had the right car and the right deal. Purchasing a new car is not easy but he helped to walk me through and never gave up at every challenge that I would present. Closing the process with Raul Echeverria was smooth and uncomplicated. I walked into Jenkins Honda nervous about buying a car by myself as a single female. I am not a negotiator, know very little about cars, and didn‘t have the best credit score.
