Maintenance - Oil Change. I had a scheduled appointment. They took me right away and explained what they what they were going to do before they did it and the approximate cost I had a scheduled appointment. They took me right away and explained what they what they were going to do before they did it and the approximate cost. It only took approx. an hour so I could sit in the waiting area and get work done. The cost was right on the nose. He then explained what the next service appointment should cover.
