As an example when I called to have the Pilot towed for repairs, he could have sent a tow truck and added it to the bill, instead he offered the suggestion of contacting our Insurance Co to see if we had free towing. This is just one small example of the many ways Eric has saved us money. So you may ask what does this have to do with the title of this review (New Car / repeat customer} Well on Friday we purchased an additional 2018 Accord, the salesman Austin Bonasota is young but well versed in the vehicle we were considering. During the negotiation process, I also consulted Eric about the car looking for a non salesman opinion. unbeknownst to Sales Team Eric gave a rounding approval of the car and deal in general.
