Service With q Smile! I scheduled an appointment for my first service last Friday (3/9) but as it turned out I wasn't due yet but while I was there I had a few questions. T I scheduled an appointment for my first service last Friday (3/9) but as it turned out I wasn't due yet but while I was there I had a few questions. The service manager paged my salesperson (Lee Young) who came immediately. One of my issues was a stain on the back seat (which was my fault!). Lee reached out to the right team who immediately went to work on the problem. Unfortunately the stain is still there but Lee said we can try to steam it next. Lee's quick response and follow-up to my questions, along with my experience with the Service Dept. reinforced the positive experiences I have had with Jenkins Honda in Leesburg. More
