He synced my phone to Blue Tooth and showed how to save contacts with the voice recognition. He went over the Eco system, safety features, various displays & engine design. I appreciated all of this as I'm not fond of reading a manual. Two days after the sale, I contacted him on his cell phone to arrange the drop-off of the spare key to my trade-in. Turned out, it was his day off but he still answered a couple of additional questions and arranged for me to deliver the key to John Harbaugh. Our "Sales Consultant", Bill Gleason, "Customer Relations Manager", Kristen Wotton and "Business Manager" Raul Echeverria could not have been any nicer. In fact, everyone there was smiling and happy. It was very obvious that they all have a wonderful work environment. Our purchase was handled professionally and quickly and at no time did we feel pressured. Missfiring engine Odyssey 2012 I was spending the winter in the Leesburg Fl. area. My 2012 Odyssey started idle and run very roughly .I.drove to Jenkins dealership and the van sud I was spending the winter in the Leesburg Fl. area. My 2012 Odyssey started idle and run very roughly .I.drove to Jenkins dealership and the van suddenly was running as well as day I took delivery. Staci Farese had one of the service men drive it and everything was working well. Staci told me to return when the problem happened again. No charge for their time to look at my van !!!! Ten days later the van was acting up again, went directly to the dealership. Staci remembered me from my first visit.She took my van into the service area, so it could be looked at. My van needed some serious engine work. The mileage was 103,191 miles. Staci was able to cover all the necessary repairs needed under a Honda Performance Bulletin. Repairs costing at least $ 2,500.00, I'm extremely happy that Staci remembered this program, who does things like this. Staci and Jenkins Honda does !!! A loaner car suddenly appeared out of nowhere and I was on my way. Staci kept me updated with my van and it was ready before they promised. My overall experience with Staci and Jenkins Honda was just fantastic. If you are looking for a dealer and a staff that cares about their customers, don't look any further then here. Terrible dealership We went to Jenkins Honda to test drive a 2016 Honda CRV to replace our 2006 CRV. I had done all my research and was ready to buy. The young lady at the desk first asked if we had an appointment - we did not. I told her why we were there and a gentleman came out of an office behind her and said none of the sales people were available - they were all "on the hill" looking over the stock. First he offered us a cup of coffee then looked directly at me and asked if I needed to use the bathroom - a question which I found insulting. After waiting in a cubby about 15 minutes a salesman was found who rounded up a car for us to test, without giving us much information about it. While he got the car ready, we heard a sales manager yelling at sales people to get out on the lot because there were people out there looking. When I asked for a white CRV, the salesman said they don't make many in the LX model - an outright lie! We left and bought our car at Honda of Ocala that very afternoon, where we were treated like royalty. More
Bad day made GREAT! My family was traveling home to Atlanta the Saturday after thanksgiving in Miami when our car shuddered and stopped. Unfortunately we knew exactly wh My family was traveling home to Atlanta the Saturday after thanksgiving in Miami when our car shuddered and stopped. Unfortunately we knew exactly what was happening as it happened to us 8 months before when we were making the same trip. That time we went to a small transmission shop who put in a new transmission however put in the wrong fluid type. Therefore the $4k we spent 8 months before was now worthless. We arrived at Jenkins Honda at 2:30 on Sat, and the service department was due to close at 4. The service manager was incredibly gracious and fit us in (Kayce Mcrae). After Christian Vega's (mechanic) initial review he diagnosed the problem and told us a new transmission would be needed (he did look at every possibility, including draining fluid multiple times, but advised against proceeding given cost and unlikelihood for success). Kayce Mcrae immediately began looking for parts however given that it was a holiday weekend and no parts could be procured earlier than Monday it was a problem for us with school age kids. Additionally our van had over 200K miles and to pay another $4K on a repair was unadvisable. We were stuck and didn't know what to do. Greg Green a sales person asked us to come chat with him on his side of the dealership. We laughed and said buying a car was not top on our list for the day. However we had time while Kayce and Christian attempted to locate parts and we decided to "humor" Greg. (we were more than upfront that it may be a waste of his time, he said "no worries" let's just look - he was upfront that a 200K car was not worth the additional repairs and if he could find something for us he would certainly try). Greg spent real time with us, trying to figure out what our goals were for driving (ages of the kids, who would be driving when, what the driving objectives were, our budget, etc.). 5 hours later, Greg found us the perfect car. He NEVER pressured us! He never tried to up sell us. In fact he helped us find a used car below our planned budget (we knew we were going to have to buy a new car in the near future, just hadn't planned to do it this weekend and as a result we had done no research so he was very patient as we worked thru and learned and researched what we needed). He explored everything we asked (buying, leasing, pre-owned, etc.). Let us use his computer / wifi to do our own research, etc. We ended up buying a used car from Greg with only 70K miles (which for us is hugely more reliable than my 200K plus car), it was the same model we currently own but newer and again below our planned max price point. Additionally, Greg & his manager were able to waive fees for the service diagnosis, provide a loaner car overnight while our car was getting ready (it had just come on the lot the day before and needed a mechanic to check it) -- they paid the mechanic to come in on a SUNDAY to get the car checked out so we could get the kids home for SCHOOL ON MONDAY!! WHO DOES THAT!!???!!! It was a terrible day but Greg and his dealership helped us make our return home possible. THANKS GREG!!! More

We were not pressured into buying extended warranties, or special accessories, which we found to be refreshing compared to past experiences.
