My car battery recently died while I was in a remote place. Fortunately, I found a very nice person that jump started my Honda Pilot. I immediately drove to Jenkins Honda and explained the situation to place. Fortunately, I found a very nice person that jump started my Honda Pilot. I immediately drove to Jenkins Honda and explained the situation to Roger Pereyra, Service Advisor. He quickly got my car in for a replacement battery and informed me I was in the last week of my vehicle warranty period. Great timing for me. The battery was completely covered under warranty. We went into Jenkins Honda to get an oil change for our 2011 Accord. My husband and I decided to look into purchasing a new vehicle while we were there. Bill Gleason was there to help us out with all our n 2011 Accord. My husband and I decided to look into purchasing a new vehicle while we were there. Bill Gleason was there to help us out with all our needs, questions, and concerns. He found us the perfect used vehicle that met all our needs (and more) and he was patient while explaining all the car features and simultaneously dealing with our very curious 8-year-old. Bill helped us seamlessly trade in our old Accord and purchase our gently used CRV. He followed up with us making sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied with our purchase. We are very happy with our new-to-us vehicle and I highly recommend having Bill Gleason help you find your next Honda! More

Dave and Shazam went above and beyond to fix my ac in the heat of summer, the part was on backorder from Honda, but the part came in sooner. Now I'm enjoying my car once again. While my my experience with the Honda brand was less than pleasant and has totally turned me off from ever purchasing a Honda again, the service department was very helpful. I actually hate taking my vehicl pleasant and has totally turned me off from ever purchasing a Honda again, the service department was very helpful. I actually hate taking my vehicles to a dealership, the cost and prices are outrageous and I expressed these feelings when I had to drop my 2013 Honda Pilot off at the dealership. Dave and the team were very sympathetic and understanding of my feelings. So when I was told of the repair cost of $4500 I felt that fears of dealerships was validated. BUT Dave explained that the problem was due to a design flaw and a known issue with that particular engine and suggested I contact Honda USA directly. After contacting Honda, they referred me back to the dealership and the service manager. I explained what Honda had told me, which was to have the service manager reach out to the Honda Factory Reb for Florida to inquire about assistance in the repair cost. Dave took the information and ran with it. He called me a few days later and said that Honda had approved to cover 70% of the repair cost which brought my costs to about $1400. While I don't like having to pay a $1400 repair cost for Honda's defective design, I was greatly appreciative to Dave for fighting for the assistance I got. I am still turned off by the Honda brand, but I am less turned off by dealership service departments, or at least this one service department, I actually felt that Dave was fighting for me and did what he had to to make an unpleasant situation less unpleasant. I am very grateful to the work and effort that Dave and the service department did on my behalf. While I can't give the Honda brand 5 stars I can definitely give the Jenkins Honda service department 5 stars. Great job for listening, understanding and fighting for the small guy. More
