MY first service visit with my new Ridgeline was amazing. I requested an early appointment and arrived 15 minutes before my 7 am date. As soon as the door opened at 7 sharp Chris Rhiner called me over and sh I requested an early appointment and arrived 15 minutes before my 7 am date. As soon as the door opened at 7 sharp Chris Rhiner called me over and showed me the options for the 5,000 mile service. I selected one and he said that they will call me when it is done. I looked at the new vehicles in the showroom. I had a few questions and went to the service desk and Sonia answered all of them. We had a nice discussion where she answered some questions that I had. Within an hour the service was finished, the price was great and Sonia then checked me out. More

Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Even though I got there early for my appointment, they took care of me and my car right away. I had a short comfortable wait while they serviced my car. I was able to get a quick service appt - called in morning and they set it up for 2 pm. Arriving was quickly greeted and told to see Shawn, who wrote up service and told us about how long it would be morning and they set it up for 2 pm. Arriving was quickly greeted and told to see Shawn, who wrote up service and told us about how long it would be AND EVEN noticed the books we were carrying and suggested the 2ndf waiting area as it would be quieter - very nice touch. Came and got us when car was ready, in about the time frame he said. Good job service and good job Shawn. Thank You! More
