Over and above I had an oil change and found that I had to replace two air filters, one of the filters was in the air conditioner compartment. The next day I went to I had an oil change and found that I had to replace two air filters, one of the filters was in the air conditioner compartment. The next day I went to use the air conditioner and there was a n awful noise coming from there. I called and was told by Staci the service assistant to bring my CRV in right away. She took my vehicle in as soon as I got there. A few minutes later she returned to show me the problem. I'm from NH and arrived in February. Apparently a squirrel got up in the air duct and paced it with acorns. When the filter was changed it must have released all of the acorns when I drove off. Julio clean out all of the acorns and batting that were jammed in there and they sent on my way without having me pay for there time. Now that is going over and above. I will tell anyone who askes where to take their vehicle for service to bring it to Jenkins Honda. More
Warranty service on my 2016 CR-V My 2016 CR-V had the water pump freeze up which tore up the belt as we were traveling south on I75 approx 2 1/2 hrs from our destination in Indian Roc My 2016 CR-V had the water pump freeze up which tore up the belt as we were traveling south on I75 approx 2 1/2 hrs from our destination in Indian Rocks Beach. We used the Honda trouble line which arranged a tow to Jenkins Honda in Leesburg. We got there very late, but they gave us a loaner to get to a motel for the night. The next morning, we were told that it would take a couple days to replace the belt, water pump, and lost coolant, and see if there was any other damage. They allowed us to keep the loaner, and continue on to Indian Rocks Beach. That was a Thursday morning. On Friday afternoon, they called us that we could pick it up on Saturday before 4 pm. We went back on Saturday and traded the loaner back for our repaired CR-V and we returned to Indian Rocks Beach. We were treated very well by all Jenkins Honda employees that we encountered through this entire ordeal! I've had no further trouble with our CR-V since then! Doug Brown. More

Missfiring engine Odyssey 2012 I was spending the winter in the Leesburg Fl. area. My 2012 Odyssey started idle and run very roughly .I.drove to Jenkins dealership and the van sud I was spending the winter in the Leesburg Fl. area. My 2012 Odyssey started idle and run very roughly .I.drove to Jenkins dealership and the van suddenly was running as well as day I took delivery. Staci Farese had one of the service men drive it and everything was working well. Staci told me to return when the problem happened again. No charge for their time to look at my van !!!! Ten days later the van was acting up again, went directly to the dealership. Staci remembered me from my first visit.She took my van into the service area, so it could be looked at. My van needed some serious engine work. The mileage was 103,191 miles. Staci was able to cover all the necessary repairs needed under a Honda Performance Bulletin. Repairs costing at least $ 2,500.00, I'm extremely happy that Staci remembered this program, who does things like this. Staci and Jenkins Honda does !!! A loaner car suddenly appeared out of nowhere and I was on my way. Staci kept me updated with my van and it was ready before they promised. My overall experience with Staci and Jenkins Honda was just fantastic. If you are looking for a dealer and a staff that cares about their customers, don't look any further then here. I wish my dealer in Pittsburgh cared as much about customer care and service. Staci , you truly a great asset to this dealership. Thank you for all you did !!!! Tom C. More
Unwilling service department. I was at Jenkins Honda on Monday June 13, 2016 to see about possibly getting some service done to my new Honda HRV. I was going on a driving vacation, I was at Jenkins Honda on Monday June 13, 2016 to see about possibly getting some service done to my new Honda HRV. I was going on a driving vacation, have had the vehicle for almost five months, and have 4100 miles on it. I wanted to have the tire pressure, nitrogen filled, checked along with a tire rotation and oil change. A thin service manager, right side of door when you walk into service was where his desk was, answered some of my questions. He first told me all the fluids and tire pressure were checked at the 1000 mile complimentary service check, I informed him my car was never in for a 1000 mile service check because I had inquired about that when I bought the car and was told no service necessary until the first oil change at about 6500 miles or when the dash light said it was necessary. Well right there is the same service department telling a customer two different things. So when I told him the vehicle never had a 1000 mile check up he then began to tell me no service was necessary. I told him he just told me two different things. First was a 1000 mile complimentary service should have been done, then he said no service was necessary. In the time we were debating what I wanted checked could have been done and completed. Finally he agreed to do it. I just wish there was another Honda dealership around since I have purchased a prepaid oil change/tire rotation program and will have to go back to Jenkins Honda. I definitely give their service department a 'D' for attitude and really would have a difficult time recommending that dealership for vehicle purchase secondary to the bad test that service 'manager'/'writer" left in my mouth. Not the way to treat people who purchased vehicles from their dealership. I wish I would have gotten the person's, I cannot call him a gentleman, name so I could contact the fealership. He looked to be in his 40's, thin, receding hairline and to the right side of the door as you walk into service. More
