I got the car I wanted. I have been dealing with Jenkins Honda ever since it opened in Leesburg. I have had the most courteous people to deal with. The sales people are easy to deal with, their service people make sure that my car is in excellent condition before it is returned to me. They tell me if something is needed and leave it up to me to decide if I want to do it. No high pressure. More
Service and battery not holing a charge I own a 2015 accord elx. couple years ago I had a battery replaced , it was free due to 100 month warranty. on 5/13/2020 I came in for service and ag I own a 2015 accord elx. couple years ago I had a battery replaced , it was free due to 100 month warranty. on 5/13/2020 I came in for service and again the battery was not holding a charge, so had it replaced only this time was charged for it. I was told that since I had not paid for the previous one I had to pay for this one, yet your sign stated 100 month warranty. I don't understand why the warranty does not apply whether I paid or got the previous one under warranty. I would like to know why? Kristie went and checked and that is what she was told. More
