Oil Change Kristie Weeks was wonderful with processing my oil change and tire rotation! The car wash area was backed up, so she offered a free car wash at anoth Kristie Weeks was wonderful with processing my oil change and tire rotation! The car wash area was backed up, so she offered a free car wash at another location, which I didn't need, but it was a nice gesture if I didn't want to wait longer. She was polite, prompt, and very friendly! Bill Gleason recognized me from when I purchased my Honda CRV. He came over and asked how my family was and welcomed me to come to the new location when it opens. Dave Hauer recognized me from a tire repair about 6 months ago. He also came over to see how I liked my car and how I was doing. Super great people!! More

My husband and I purchased a 2018 CR-V in November. Bill Gleason was our sales consultant. He went above and beyond for us. Jean was also very helpful, personable, and made it as easy as possible. This past week the battery died, and I had to bring the vehicle in for service. Nate was fantastic, and communicated with me the whole time...which only ended up being less than an hour! Jean and Bill both came and said hello to me while I was waiting-that's impressive customer service! I worked in a dealership in South Florida for a couple years, so I know this is just good business-but Bill, Jean, and Nate are great assets to this dealership. I'm impressed and will continue bringing my vehicle there for oil changes and any needed service. I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge Michael Coelho. He also provided excellent customer service-and a lot of humor as well. (we all know purchasing a vehicle is stressful-he provided much needed levity to the whole experience.) Thank you! More

First Time Experience I brought a 2019 Honda CRV in Ohio in April 2019. This was my second oil change and the first with Jenkins. I chose to bring my car here for service based on previous service experience with Jenkins Mazda in Ocala. I was greeted on arrival by Kristie Weeks. I had two questions which she answered for me. She then explained what would happen in the service, what the cost would be and why and then escorted me to the waiting area. She also gave me her card, telling me that I could contact her for any further questions. While I waited, a man, whose name I don't recall, stopped and asked if he could be of any service. I had an excellent experience. I will bring my car here for service whenever I am in Florida. . More
