His tactic was to misinform me, push a Hyundai dealer service package as preemptory for purchase from the dealer, to tack on another 2k+ to already hyper-inflated price gouging being practiced by his dealer. Phil, your approach lacked respect, honesty, integrity, clarity. It wasn’t informative or educational. Customer education adds value and customer retention. I’m guessing your ownership isn’t interested in that. Phil this is 2023 I don’t need luck to find a vehicle I can purchase one online anywhere across the country where they have plenty of inventory and are willing to negotiate and value their customers and repeat Hyundai buyer.
