Never will I go back! ! I don’t recommend anyone going here save yourself the time and go anywhere else. I have been going to this dealership since 16AUG for the same issue ! I don’t recommend anyone going here save yourself the time and go anywhere else. I have been going to this dealership since 16AUG for the same issue. My Genesis keeps shutting off which is a pretty big deal. I took it in on the 16AUG was told it was a censor drove it back home a few days later it started again. Took it back and the code couldn’t be recreated so I went back home. I then decided to start recording my car when I would start it or when I felt it start to shake really bad until I caught it on video. I took it back once again and they ended up keeping my car for 5-6weeks and was told it was the transmission and they fixed it. I pick it up get home and the next morning I wake up for work and the car dies again while pulling out of my driveway. I call them back again and let them know and was given the run around so I decided to reach out to genesis corporate. I received a call back from corporate today and was told there’s no record of the transmission or anything ever being worked on and that a tech was never notified of this issue. I call back the dealership and speak with the service manager just to experience the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. He was rude very defensive disrespectful and would not stop interrupting me. He told me that I don’t have to do business with them and can take my car to any other genesis dealership and let them work on it. So if that’s what they want then I will never do business there again. I had missed 4 days of work because of this dealership not actually fixing the car and telling me the car was ready for pick up once just to get there and it hadn’t even been touched by a mechanic after 27 days of sitting in their lot. The car now shuts off atleast once everyday. More
