Well, I needed 2 new tires. When they came in, something went wrong because the tires that came in were not the right size. They made it right though. Even though there was a mix-up, he made it all a pleasure. xxxx of a nice guy. And it really seemed like he "owned" the problem. He dove in and did what he could to make things better. The free loaner was nice too. Robert simply made it an enjoyable transaction. My car got a free car wash too when it was all over. Great doing business with Steve and Chris. Gave us a loaner for our trade-in. They were so good we bought 2 cars. One for us and one for our daughter. In January of 2010 I wanted to trade my 2008 Hyundai Tucson for a comparable Hyundai Santa Fe. It turned out that we needed a vehicle with a slightly larger cargo area. The Santa Fe model was the perfec Tucson for a comparable Hyundai Santa Fe. It turned out that we needed a vehicle with a slightly larger cargo area. The Santa Fe model was the perfect fit for us. Since I already had a Hyundai Sonata and Tucson, choosing another Hyundai vehicle was a "no-brainer". We found that the various Hyundai models were all excellent. Since we moved to a new home location, the Jenkins Leesburg Hyundai dealership was now the closest dealership to do business with. I made an internet search of Hyundai Santa Fe automobiles and my first response to my search was from Steve Schellinger of Jenkins Hyundai. We communicated by email several times and then established a time to speak at the dealership. Steve worked with me to the fullest and as the buying process moved along Mike Sofka joined us in completing the transaction. Mike and Steve were just terrific, excellent, and professional. Mike completed the remaining details of the sale including test drives, tour of the dealership facilities, introductions to several dealership staff, and answering every question I had about the Santa Fe and the dealership itself. Whatever information I needed, both Mike and Steve obtained it for me. Without question the manner in which I was treated at the dealership was just as important as was my assessment of the Santa Fe automobile. Mike and Steve made this sale happen because of their personality, friendliness, business skills, knowledge of the product, and professionalism. Both gentlemen were excellent to speak with. Every question I asked they answered with a smile, a polite answer, and they were very informative. I would strongly recommend this dealership, Steve, and Mike to any of my friends and acquaintances. I was greeted very cordially by Steve Schellinger after I had made an email inquiry to him. He responded to my email immediately and answered all questions that I had. We set up an appointment and I had a one hour visit where I (we) test drove several different Santa Fe vehicles. I was impressed with one particular Santa Fe vehicle. We discussed price and all other pertinent information. I decided every element of this transaction was to my liking and satisfaction. Steve's sales teammate assisted me greatly as well. Everything that was said and done was totally cordial and professional. A full review of the Santa Fe was done, I was given a complete tour of the Jenkins dealership, and I then visited with an excellent financial representative. Everyone I met with displayed great training, personality, professionalism, and friendliness. After approximately two and one-half hours I drove my Santa Fe vehicle home. The buying experience was excellent, the dealership was clean and spotless, and everyone I encountered was extremely personable and helpful. We have a second car which is a Hyundai Sonata that we purchased from Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala (prior to this purchase). We learned of the excellent service that Jenkins dealerships provides to its customers. The Leesburg dealership is much closer to our new home and we are therefore delighted that we have an excellent Hyundai dealer much closer to our new home. The travel distance to this dealership has halved our travel distance. Again, all necessary elements for a purchase were there and in place.
