We had Mrs Phyllis as our service advisor for the 2nd time and she was absolutely wonderful. I work at a service department for golf carts and I have to say Mrs Phyllis knows exactly how to treat a custo time and she was absolutely wonderful. I never received a copy of the CarFax on the 2012 Hyundai I bought. I ask the Salesman about my Interest to Ensure it was Under 4%, he told me it would be.
