Alysia was super friendly and knowledgeable- honestly one of the reasons we decided to go with Hyundai. I think at the end of the day we could have gotten a better deal elsewhere and the staff was not very w of the reasons we decided to go with Hyundai. I think at the end of the day we could have gotten a better deal elsewhere and the staff was not very willing to reduce costs. I also feel some dealership promotions and add in’s were misleading. For instance adding on a dealership fee to cover maintenance for the first 3 years as a selling point and then for the finance department to negotiate additional fee for a 4 year service plan since the 3-year plan they just got added to my purchase cost as a dealer add on “didn’t really cover much”. I feel like I was sold to pay twice for the same thing. At the end of the day, I am happy with choosing Hyundai but wish I would have shopped prices more and not sure I would recommend the local dealership to others because of the additional fees and what I feel was some sales deception to increase profit.
