Great Customer Service Husband and I came into Hyundai Jenkins as we have been admiring the new Palisade for a while. We didn’t “need” it but we knew we wanted it just from Husband and I came into Hyundai Jenkins as we have been admiring the new Palisade for a while. We didn’t “need” it but we knew we wanted it just from looking online and then driving around on the road. Well we finally came in to Jenkins and had this sweet lady, Haley Casko. We never have had a car sales”men” experience like we did with her. We told her what we looked for in a palisade what were “the must” to sell us on a vehicle on their lot. She said she had the perfect one. She pulled the vehicle up to the side of the building and walked us through the vehicle so thoroughly from the outside to the inside. She was so detailed oriented and there were sooooo many details she told us that when looking online would never even be glanced. She truly sold us on our vehicle. Let alone, why we were so hesitate to come into the dealership is because of the “wheeling and dealing” the negotiating game, feeling like the car sales”man” only wanted your money, didn’t matter what vehicle you were put in... NEVER in our lives of buying vehicles we had this kind of no hassling, genuine kindness, and sincerity of really wanting to put us in our dream vehicle. “New car buying” fantasies turned into reality at Jenkins Mark Shelley, Salesperson at Jenkins worked diligently to help me find the right model, features and price. After several visits and a few test drive Mark Shelley, Salesperson at Jenkins worked diligently to help me find the right model, features and price. After several visits and a few test drives I drove away in a beautiful Tucson Ultimate with the color, safety features and options I wanted. There was no high pressure salesmanship here. Mark respected my wishes not to have repeated sales calls or deal with managers. I wanted to work with one person on my timeline and I wanted the best price upfront without the haggling. I got much more than that! Between visits and test drives at Jenkins Hyundai I made the rounds to look at and test drive competitor models and each time I came back to Jenkins. Either competitors cars didn’t measure up to driving standards in similar make/model, consolidated safety features and options package didn’t suit my needs, they wouldn’t work with me on the price or the dealership itself just seemed unresponsive or rude. Again and again, I found myself back at Jenkins Hyundai giving Mark Shelley and his team the opportunity to do better than what I’d experienced elsewhere. Each time I walked in they were happy to see me and did their best to patiently offer solutions to my car buying needs. These people are totally professional and sincere, they understand the customer has options and they work hard to be your dealership. I felt that Mark Shelley truly cared about meeting my individual needs no matter how much time it took. Of course the Tucson is a dream to drive and operate. It gives a comfortable ride, seats are great and spacious, low interior noise, quiet engine and exhaust, no vibration. I love all the modern safety features (lane assist, stop/hold), convince of the key fob, all the infomercial benefits including pairing with my Apple devices, the roomy cab and luggage areas, the 360 vision that allows me to park like a pro and the magnum tires that help with that solid road feel, and so much more. It’s not only fun and safe to drive, it’s sporty styling and sparkly paint make it a vehicle I’m proud to be seen in. And I can’t say enough about the price. Mark Shelley found every way possible to reduce the cost including veteran discount and a sizable trade-in amount on my tired 18 yo Chevy. While the final numbers were very close to MSRP, I felt it was an incredibly fair deal—and all without the haggling. I’ve had the car for two weeks and have absolutely no buyers remorse on any level. The Jenkins sales staff and the Hyundai models make a total package for an awesome experience that turns new car buying fantasies into your reality. I wholeheartedly recommend Jenkins Hyundai without reservation. Now, go out and buy a car from them, you’ll be overwhelmed by how human and how good it feels. More
