Our first chat with Rocky was "for information only" and he was cool with that. We were OK with our current Hyundai, but had discussed adding in some options for the next vehicle purchase. Somehow, after all was said and done, we drove home in a new Tuscon that just happens to have the features we needed. Nice staff, clean and we'll equipped waiting area. Will see how this relationship goes. More

Strange Day. I love my car but will buy next one elsewhere Jeremy made a verbal deal with me that I accepted on Sat. When he called me Monday he changed the deal increasing my cost by 860. when I challenged Jeremy made a verbal deal with me that I accepted on Sat. Sure he could see the car to someone else at that price, but I will never trust anyone who makes a commitment and then dis honors is just because he can. More

Extremely Satisfied with Jenkins with 2019 Elantra Purchase Four Star rating given vs Five Star due to our unpleasant experience with Thomas Gemkow. Our sales representative, Alicia Thompson. was most accommod Four Star rating given vs Five Star due to our unpleasant experience with Thomas Gemkow. Our sales representative, Alicia Thompson. was most accommodating and helpful where she could be given her lack of experience and sales negotiation skills. We obtained a high level of frustration with Alicia at one point and almost had us walking out the door except for a save due to the intervention by Salina Pistone. Can't say enough about Salina Pistone - she's terrific in every aspect. She helped to explore ALL options and possibilities which led to our purchase of a new Elantra. Thomas Gemkow was the most negative part of our entire experience at Jenkins. It sure would help if he smiled occasionally and showed some interest in us and our new purchase. Thomas was apparently on a strict agenda and time frame and spent minimal amount of time explaining the paper portfolio we signed. Then we spent much more time on his sales pitch for "GAP" insurance and Car Care Packages. Seems as though Thomas has a hard time accepting the word NO and apparently didn't want to hear it and kept on pushing. Not sure why we have to DEFEND our decisions. Thus, without the interface with Thomas, this would have been a perfect experience. More
