mixed feelings Sales team recommend but not finance. Worried about bait and switch and wasn’t sure who I was financed thru. Paperwork left with didn’t give any info on the bank financed thru, just not what I expected not ever experienced (uncertainty) not sure I would recommend anyone to experience that. Not forthcoming with pricing The figures that were used to calculate our transaction were not correct. They never showed us the window sticker but handed it to us as we left and The figures that were used to calculate our transaction were not correct. They never showed us the window sticker but handed it to us as we left and we never saw or knew there were thousands of dollars of dealer addendums because they never did saw us that stick until I had to called to question the price the next day. There were also several items on the stick and addendum list that were missing from the in the car. The figure used as the market price was higher than the sticker plus the dealer addendums. We were return customers to this dealership from our purchase 3 years ago, but most definitely will not return. More

Went in for standard service, came home with a new vehicle All I can say is the flow of events that followed once we arrived was somewhat surreal. Our first chat with Rocky was "for information only" and he was cool with that. We were OK with our current Hyundai, but had discussed adding in some options for the next vehicle purchase. Somehow, after all was said and done, we drove home in a new Tuscon that just happens to have the features we needed. Nice staff, clean and we'll equipped waiting area.
