When I was finally ready to make the purchase and selected the specific model and features she worked diligently to locate that specific vehicle. To cover the several days that would be required to transport it to Ocala she provided me with a similar vehicle. Whatever stereotypes there might be for "new car purchase" Carolyn defied them all and I could not be happier with the service she provided.
