The lack of communication Although we got the vehicle we wanted it was an ordeal getting there. We felt like we were not important with our sales person. We were there for 3 ho Although we got the vehicle we wanted it was an ordeal getting there. We felt like we were not important with our sales person. We were there for 3 hours the first time and spent most of it just waiting. He left for extended periods of time and we finally left. We were contacted by the internet specialist and she was very pleasant. We agreed to come back. Once again we were there for many hours(4). We eventually agreed to purchase but once all was said and done we ended up with the WRONG vehicle. We were really frustrated and angry. We came back the next day to straighten out the issue. At this point the salesperson said the vehicle we looked at was more and could we put down more. After listening to my husband and the sales person go back and forth I stated we would get the vehicle we looked at for the same price or i was walking. At this point the salesperson went to check. Again we were left wondering. Finally we were set to leave but noticed some issues with the car. The salesperson came out with a manager to acknowledge the issues. We were never shown any of the features or how they worked. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience. More
