WE WERE THEN ESCORTED TO THE FINANCE DESK OF IAN SOWARDS, WHO WAS EQUALLY NICE, FRIENDLY, GREETING US WITH A PLEASANT SMILE AND WALKED US THROUGH ALL THE NECESSARY STEPS TO GET A NEW VEHICLE. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND HELPFUL DURING THE FINAL PROCESS OF SIGNING ALL THE PAPERWORK CONCERNING THE PURCHASE. WHEN WE WERE FINISHED, IAN TOOK US BACK TO CARL, WHO TREATED US TO LUNCH WHILE WE WAITED FOR OUR CAR TO BE PREPPED (WASHED, CLEANED AND FILLED UP WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS. ONCE THE CAR WAS READY, CARL AND MANNY SHOWED US ALL THE IMPORTANT FEATURES, STEP BY STEP, ABOUT THE VEHICLE AND THEN CONGRATULATED US ON OUR NEW CAR AND HAPPILY WISHED GOOD LUCK AND SAFE DRIVING. WE RETURNED THE NEXT DAY TO PICK UP SOME TOUCH-UP PAINT FOR THE CAR AND WERE GREETED BY IAN SOWARDS(FROM FINANCE), WHO HAD SOME EXCITING NEWS FOR US. WE WENT TO HIS OFFICE, WHERE HE REPORTED THAT HE HAD CONTACTED ANOTHER LENDER, THAT WOULD FINANCE THE CAR FOR A BETTER PRICE AND IN ADDITION WAS ABLE TO WORK INTO THE DEAL, A VERY GOOD FEATURE , THAT WE WERE UNABLE TO AFFORD THE DAY BEFORE. THE NEWS WAS HEAVEN SENT DUE TO THE EXTRA PERSEVERANCE OF YOUR DEDICATED EMPLOYEE. HE MADE OUR DAY AGAIN..
