During our discussion with Frankie and Tyler it was understood that we were seeking a 0% interest financing and we were fine with 36 months if that is what it took to get the 0%. We made the decision understood that we were seeking a 0% interest financing and we were fine with 36 months if that is what it took to get the 0%. We made the decision to buy based on that premise and signed all the paperwork with Matt. At no time was there any discussion of any other interest rate. When we got home we realized the interest rate was 6.75%. At no time did Matt bring this to our attention. Haley did her best the next day to console us and make us happy. Overall not a pleasant experience . . . we love the car and do not regret buying it, other than in the manner it was handled by your staff. More
