Excellent Arrived for my scheduled oil change (initial one) about an hour before my appointed time because of other appointments in the area. I was informed of a recall on the car that I was not aware of and told it would be taken care of as well during my visit. I was told that the car wash was being updated and not available. When the work was completed Shannon went over the work that was done and informed me that I was one of the first to take advantage of the improved car wash which made me happy. The free coffee and donuts are an added treat. I have been very satisfied with my experiences at Jenkins in Ocala. My present car is my third car from them. More

Cruise control & transmission repair My cruise control was repaired but best of all my dual clutch transmission was finally repaired after three & a half years of aggravation & almost ge My cruise control was repaired but best of all my dual clutch transmission was finally repaired after three & a half years of aggravation & almost getting hit by other vehicles several times because the vehicle would not move. When I first took it in to Jenkins Hyundai with the transmission issue I was told by Arron Fields (now service manager) that I was not driving it right!!! Hyundai after two recalls & many complaints finally came out with a fix (Transmission Clutch replacement). Now my Tucson finally runs & operates like a new vehicle & I am very pleased about that. Kirstie, my service advisor is the best. She is always courteous, knowledgeable & always tries to solve the issue. More
