Oil change I came in for a oil change I have never had a problem with this dealer. They are always nice and get you out as fast as possible. Service department/ sales manager/ service manager I purchased my vehicle a month ago and I have been in their service department three times since I purchased my vehicle with them and they fixed it on I purchased my vehicle a month ago and I have been in their service department three times since I purchased my vehicle with them and they fixed it once. And the second time they did nothing. the third time they found one of my 2 concerns and wanted me to pay approx. 950.00 in repairs when I only purchased the vehicle a month ago. On top of that they never did identify the third reason why I took it there. Completely disappointed and outraged on how my buying experience and customer satisfaction is irrelevant to them. More

I was greeted by the service tech at my car door who noted my se From the moment I pulled up the process was very well planned and handled flawlessly. I was greeted by the service tech at my car door who noted my service needs, an oil change. He escorted me into the service lobby and introduced me to the service rep who wrote up my order and informed me that they were going to replace a sensor that had a recall. In less than 20 minutes I was informed that my car was ready. They also provided me with a free coupon for a car wash. Very pleasant experience and I even had a donut (which I shouldn't have eaten). More

Recall checks I dropped my car after making an on-line appointment for a thorough inspection of recalls and other service needs. Fortunately I didn’t need the engi I dropped my car after making an on-line appointment for a thorough inspection of recalls and other service needs. Fortunately I didn’t need the engine replacement recall but the other minor recall was completed without any issue. There was another recall that had already been done prior to this visit and they didn’t do it again, just because they could have. Adrian and crew were very honest and kept me updated at every step of the process. It was great and I will definitely return for service! More
