Not satisfied 2 new batteries in 3 years! Was charged $90.00 for one yesterday. Paid 30000 for a car with batteries that don't last. My safety is important to m 2 new batteries in 3 years! 05/24/2018 I always have enjoyed my service appointments. But I don't like salesmen bugging me. When I'm ready to get a different vehicle I will take steps to I always have enjoyed my service appointments. But I don't like salesmen bugging me. When I'm ready to get a different vehicle I will take steps to do so. That's how I am. Also this is the first time I could not used coupons. Yes it was expired but I never get the coupons when I need them. I know the computer can generate coupons to coincide with the next service needed for the vehicle. Also when I scheduled appointment I requested Keith and that's who I was told but when I arrived he was on vacation. You are getting away from the perdonnel service I always enjoyed and commented on. More

Poor service I have been going to this dealership for 2 years receiving several different services on my car came in a few weeks ago spent around 60 dollars on ser I have been going to this dealership for 2 years receiving several different services on my car came in a few weeks ago spent around 60 dollars on services also asked the tech representative if she can have someone look at the noise my car was making she then informed me it would be an additional 120 dollars on top of the service I was about to pay for I feel i have been loyal consistently paying for all the services recommended i simply wanted to no what a noise was so that I can find out how much it is to fix it and continue my services with this company instead I will be going else where as of next wednsday to receive maintenance on my car. The last customer service tech I had a female was very short barely explained anything to me I didn't even no I need further services until I received a phone call the only thing she mentioned was new tires More

Came in with flat tire. Came in with a flat tire. Found out that there was a nail in the tread. Was also given a report on the tread-life remaining on all four tires. Tire wa Came in with a flat tire. Found out that there was a nail in the tread. Was also given a report on the tread-life remaining on all four tires. Tire was fixed, somewhat, quickly and I was on my way. It probably too longer than usual due to no appointment and being on a Monday morning. Upon completion of service it was decided that I replace the two tires with the lowest tread-life. Was able to back to dealership later in the day to have this service done. More
