The disappointing part of this experience is your unwillingness to provide the 5 year Auto Bond warranty that was clearly listed as part of the Sportage configuration that we were negotiating. As shown in the buyers order the negotiation resulted in you discounting the vehicle with no indication of any changes to the overall configuration. And there was never a single statement that you were deleting the warranty as part of your negotiations. I do not consider this as an acceptable way to do business. More
