I am in love with my Seltos! not used to the modern vehicles, but Roger made it seem easy. Will be stopping in with a few questions I am sure, but enjoying the fun of talking to her and she changes the vehicles, but Roger made it seem easy. I was lured into Jenkins Kia by a phone call with the promise of getting a lot of money for trading in my 2020 Telluride. He was going to write me a big check. I know there is a huge demand for them. I was in a money crunch at the time and had just finished an eight week regimen of nothing but liquids after life threatening surgery. I wanted a used Sorento, but I never even got to see one. I was told a used Sportage or Soul was all I could afford for a payment of $300. I was talked into a 2020 Sportage with over 30,000 miles and I had to pay $2,500 up front! After 5 hours I found out that may payment was more like $350! So I lost my Telluride, which got 23 mpg and I loved, and got the Sportage that is getting 17 mpg! The four cylinder engine is a joke. I have to floor the gas pedal to pick up speed after a stop. Twice, when I stopped, it made a sound like a thousand tin cans being smashed. I didn't even get an owner's manual and tried to talk the the lady at the desk in Service into ordering one. She was not sure she could get it. She told me I could sit on my driveway and set it up myself. When we bought the Telluride at Citrus Kia, it was all set up by the salesman, Rocky Vance, and he even connected my phone and showed me how to use everything. I got several calls from the dealership checking up on the Telluride after the purchase. I am 75 years old and still work part time. My husband is dying and in Hospice Care. I am the sole caregiver for my 80 year old sister (who has no other living family) with no short term memory. She can't even turn on the TV or use the microwave. My life is very, very hard. I can no longer afford a cleaning lady, or a pool man, or anyone to help out. Our insurance was billed for over a million dollars for the last two years of medical bills for my husband. I got him on Medicaid in March of this year, but lost all of his Social Security. A scam by a nursing home cancelled his insurance. It has taken me a year to straighten it out. I just don't have the money. Now I lost my Telluride and $2,500 and my payment dropped only $110 a month. I was scammed and I am seeing my Elder Attorney next week and thinking of filing an Elder Abuse Suit against Jenkin's Kia. This is shameful. Jayne L. Hill (352) 201-7538 More
My experience dealing with Jenkins Kia of Crystal River was one of the most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE!!! First, I was never offered home delivery of my vehicle. Instead, I was picked up by the sale was one of the most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE!!! First, I was never offered home delivery of my vehicle. Instead, I was picked up by the salesman (Trent Ally) at my home in Ocala and brought back to the dealership (a two and a half hour round trip). Once we got to the dealership, Mr. Ally brought me to his cubicle where I sat by myself for almost three hours. He was running around doing I don't know what. I never even met Mr. Rich Meier who I dealt with online. He never came out to introduce himself to me or thank me for my business. After about three hours sitting alone in Mr. Ally's cubicle, I got up to look for him only to find out that he was gone for the day. He never even told me he was leaving or thanked me for my business!! So I sought out the business manager (Scott?) to find out what was going on. I ended up completing the transaction with him which took another hour and a half because there was some difficulty obtaining documentation of my residency. Mr. Ally had never introduced me to him either. Had I not found someone else (Timmy Torres) to give me directions to get home, I would have never found my way back. So I was left to my own defenses for the entire four and a half hours I was at the dealership. I didn't even knew where the bathroom was! The whole experience was disgusting. I would have never thought that a customer who was going to spend thousands of dollars to purchase a vehicle could be treated so poorly. You asked for my feedback so here it is. Nobody I spoke to at the dealership even thanked me for my business!! What kind of way to do business is that??? More

They were able to isolate our brake light problem and resolve the issue. Dave Bushnell our service advisor was extremely helpful.
