I didn't feel valued. When signing the contract, which was LONG, the finance person never went over the important things, like verifying my address, which they had totally When signing the contract, which was LONG, the finance person never went over the important things, like verifying my address, which they had totally incorrect. Through their error I had to go in a second time and sign a different contracts. The figures on the two were different. They arbitrarily changed the extended warranty from zero to $50 deductible when I had already paid for it via my credit card. I was promised a $500 incentive bonus which I never received. The say there are all about transparency but when I asked what the amount of the car on the contract was made up of, they either couldn't or wouldn't tell me. Finally I got a copy of the original form when the sales person talked with me. I went back in to talk with them. The finance manager was to handle the deductible on the extended warranty and have it put back to the zero deductible. Three weeks later I have yet to hear from anyone at Jenkins Kia Crystal River. I mentioned two in financing although it is upper management I feel needs to be called out. The employees only follow management and what management tells them to do and say. Needless to say I am not happy with Jenkins Kia Crystal River and I will never go there again, for anything. UPDATE I am not going to change the ratings I gave that reflected my experience during the purchase. But after my meeting on January 21st with Jamie Cummings (customer relations manager), George Leslie (sales manager) and Carl Joyner (used car manager), I have changed my rating to 5 stars, because of this meeting. There may be areas in which the dealership could improve customer relationship, but I am impressed with the way they dealt with my issues. This time I felt as though I was heard. More
