I have not been as pleased with the service center since Jenkins took over. The service writers are pleasant and helpful but I see many things that has changed. They don't escort you to your car anymore and the last time I got mine the plastic was still over the seat and paper on the floor - a nice idea for keeping the car clean but needs to be removed when they finish working on it. I am not fond of the ticket for a car wash, it was better when they washed it at the dealership. I just don't feel the personal touch that Citrus offered. More

Internet Sales manager got me in with the idea that I had options with all of the incoming inventory. Once there, it was a different story. I needed to buy something on the lot if I wanted to buy, or somethi options with all of the incoming inventory. Once there, it was a different story. In the end, I purchased a vehicle I wanted. I just wish he would of been more upfront with his intentions. More
