I visited Crystal River Kia about a month ago just to look around and talked with Sy and I promised him I would be back when actually ready to purchase a car. Sy was already busy with another customer w look around and talked with Sy and I promised him I would be back when actually ready to purchase a car. Sy was already busy with another customer when my wife and I got there, so he asked Timmy Torres to help us. Timmy had a trainee, Kyle working with him and they were both FANTASTIC to work with. The car that I originally came to see had just been sold so Timmy and Kyle took me around the lot, listening to my requests, and found a car that was perfect for my wife and I. We traded in a 2011 Kia Sorento and we bought a 2019 Kia Sportage that was Certified and Pre-owned with only 11k mile on it; just like new. We were treated like old friends. Great place to do business with. More
