Best of the best I am a single female and Citrus Kia does NOT talk down or make you feel like a single female. Kevin Bell as a Salesman was over the top, BUT he did ha I am a single female and Citrus Kia does NOT talk down or make you feel like a single female. Kevin Bell as a Salesman was over the top, BUT he did have my best interest(as well as his own, which made him over the top, hey, it is his job. He is good at it.)at heart. He made the experience fun and informative. He has the knowledge of the vehicle and shared it with enthusiasm. Then there is Kevin Hendrix. He searched for the best percentage on the loan, best trade in amount and pushed for a better deal. Thank you for that. Then there is Brent Lucas, who did the paper work, quick, easy to understand and sealed the deal. Thank you for that, as well. This is my second Kia Soul. I am sure, that I would not have another car. I do have to give a huge shout out to the service department. They are so helpful and not condescending to this single female. Dave is especially amazing. I wish I had his last name for you. Ask for Dave, he'll get the service job done. Then, again, I have to rate this dealership as a whole at 100. Easy, comfortable buying experience! I went into Kia to see what they had, and I was greeted by Joe. He took me around, educated me on the different cars they had and the warranties they I went into Kia to see what they had, and I was greeted by Joe. It's always intimidating going to a car dealership for me, I feel like being a woman that I will be taken advantage of and end up overpaying.
